RE: A4 with modified Tipronic

I believe it was the Audi Special Issue,  March of 1998 I believe.  I
believe this car had the buttons on the top of the lever.  Writer also
said it seemed to shift faster than stock A4 with Tip ie. newer ones.
Wonder if they modified the shift program to shift faster.  That would be
nice.  
	ARe older A4's with the Auto 4-spd or 5-spd.  My dads A6 has the
newer Computer controlled Tranny but it is still a 4 speed.  I wonder if
they could do this to this tranny?
