I'm going option one on my car. Prefer the look of stock, uncluttered.
Better light output, I suspect, without having to run the auxilary lights.
Start with the basics, good lamps, with enough voltage running to them,
before running _more_ lamps.I think you will have better lighting, more of
the time, this way, since as an _Audi Driver_, you wouldn't run fogs unless
it was foggy, or driving lamps unless you were alone on the road. Cranking
up the power on the DOT lenses will just create more crappy light, and
that's what you're trying to get away from, remember? Also, the stock
location lamps, once aimed correctly, will remain that way for a whole lot
longer than auxilary lights.
tossing in my two cents... I'm going for the Bosch H4s ($100Cdn) with
relays first, then H1s if warrented.
