fair market v. demand

I have seen a few of the '91 200tq's for sale within
100 miles or so of Indianapolis, in varying condition, for
anywhere from $9,500 - $12,500.  The car that was 
referenced earlier [1owner, low miles, $13,000] sounds
like a very good deal.

What many seem to forget is that heavily modded cars will often times sell for no more than original condition cars, depending of course on the level of modification. Many exceptions apply, so ymmv.
