H&R Springs, Coupe 4cyl???

Hi all,
I hope someone can assist--I have a brand new set of H&R springs in the
box, ready to go on my coupe. 

I noticed a sticker that says:  "audi 4000/coupe 4cyl" on the outside of
the box.  

I called H&R, and they have no info on this discontinued line.  I called
Neuspeed (they were the distributor) and they confirmed that my part
number (30383) is for the catalog listing for "4000/coupe 4cyl".  I know
of no 4cyl. coupe model--was a 4cyl coupe sold in europe?  If so, I have
the wrong set of springs awaiting installation, yes? 

The outfit that sold me the springs assured me at sale time that they were
for the "Audi Coupe GT, 83-87".

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
