Brakes, bias adjuster, suspension bushings 86 5KTQ

OK, I have been chasing a rotor warping problem for a while now, I
have re-built all the calipers, the floating pins are working well, I
took the bias adjuster and cleaned it made sure that worked properly.

It seems to me the car just doesn't have enough rear brake. the throw
on the bias adjuster is short. Very short. Like .050
Has anybody eliminated it? Thats my next step. The brakes work OK
but not like I think they should. I had a Scirocco 16v with the same
setup and those brakes worked awesome. (Granted Im driving a heavier
     car)

Next question, Ive replaced the following; Struts, Front and rear,
Rear tie rod ends, Front tie rod ends, yet the car still "Clunks" when
going over bumps, Is there a Suspension bushing kit available? after
that theres nothing left. I checked the ball joints and they seem
really tight. the wheel doesnt move. I have replaced so much on this
car I wont stop until its perfect now.....Everything else works...
