One of the great movie lines that says it all was 
in the B movie "Dawn of the Dead", when the black 
swat guy is in the gun shop sighting in a zombie
through some small grates with what looks like a 
Purdy rifle (English, VERY Expen$ive) and says 
something like: "Ain't it a crime,the only guy 
that could ever miss with a rifle like this is 
the dude with enough bread to buy it."
