Thanks to all for the helpful replies to my questions.
Due to the frozen precipitation falling this morning, I have decided
to use Linda@Carlsen. Theirs was not the cheapest price, but it was
the best price available today.
Thanks Phil for the background on the "MoT failure item" in the UK,
I'm sure that fact, along with our winter fast approaching tend to
make these things scarce.
