I believe that the NGK triple-electrode plugs were the OEM fitment. How
many miles were on them when you replaced them?

Despite the claim that the triple-electrode plugs are supposed to last
longer (30k miles), the V6 seems to use them up faster, more like 20-25k
miles. Transient response and top-end smoothness (over 5000RPM) to to hell
in the V6 as the plugs near 30k miles.

I've used both NGK and Bosch triples with similar results...
