I hardly think that a VW dealer will sell you parts at any substantial
dicscount fron the Audi dealer, as they both get their parts from the
same warehouses, use the same price book,  and are part of the same
company. In fact, as of a few months ago, a VW dealer ordering Audi
specific parts is charged a higher price than that charged the Audi
dealer, and vice versa. Both the Audi and the VW dealers with which I
primarily deal told me that it's 15%. Diesel engine parts should be
exactly the same as those for a VW diesel of the same vintage. You need
only the engine number to order those. Yours should be a "CR", same as a
VW diesel of the same era.
