They both had the "sport" suspension and tire options as defined by the respective builder.  Just that Audi's definition
of "sport" is closer in tune to BMW's definition of stock.  I know that is disappointing to us performance oriented Audi
fans, but isn't it preferable as a buyer to have a choice?  To me, the article does a good job of highlighting the
similarities and  differences between 2 cars with similar engines, passenger configurations, and price points.  As such,
it does a service to potential buyers.  Which isn't me- I want the 328i's performance, but with quattro and 2 doors.
