Yes, its not that I'm lawless but I drive reasonably often in Germany.

Its not a sunroof problem.  There is a visible gap 
between the highest point of the door rubber and the 
body of the car.  I've noticed this on other Audis but I wondered if
its curable.  Its annoying to have to shout at 140.
