When is the 1999 Steam Boat Springs Event?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused about the date of the Steam Boat Springs Ice Driving
School.  The NW quattro club web site lists the 12 and 13th of February,
1999.  I heard, however, that the National club is having an event at Steam
Boat on the first weekend in February.

Which is it?  We need to schedule vacation time from work now for the 1st
quarter of 1999.  If the dates have been finalized please let us know what
they are.
