re Any solutions to ABS Cycling when coming to a stop

You might want to check for missing teeth on the axles where the sensors
sense.  This can be done by looking in the sensor mounting hole, maybe, or
by observing the sensor signal with an oscilloscope as the wheel is slowly
turned.
