No such beast.

All ur-quattros are turbos.

A non-turbo 1986 car is a 'Coupe quattro'.  But it won't have a 2.3
engine - that didn't appear at all in European models until October
1987, and even then not in the old-style Coupe quattro.

My first reaction is that someone made that VIN up.  A Type 85 VIN
number where the serial number doesn't start with a '9'?

Someone made that up, too.  _ALL_ Audi engine numbers start with two
or three alphabetic characters.

On a non-turbo, there isn't a great deal that's economic.  Headlamp
improvements are easy - a BR Motorsport auxiliary harness and 170 watt
bulbs (Ring 590s).
