Looks like Phil Payne has answered most of your questions pretty well,
but you probably don't have a 5 cylinder. On the 4-cylinder engine, the
sender on the rear of the engine is for the dynamic oil pressure warning
system. This is the low (.9 bar) switch. As for the temp guage never
going above 80 C, that's good, 80 C is hot enough. The seat heater
controls would be on the panel below the instrument cluster on the right
side. i doubt that seat heaters were even available on 4000S's in the US.
