Remote starters and the back area cover for a wagon.

There is no room in the garage for the wife's 94 100S wagon.  She and Mom 
in her 95 A6Q would like a remote starter for there cars before winter hits 
NH.  Anyone have any have any experience with them(Are they made for 
Audi's?)?  I know that Ed Bryne's has stopped installing them in s'ADNOH 
because they are burning out the starters.  Any BTDT's?

Also, the rear compartment cover in the wagon is stuck open anyone have 
this problem and / or know how to fix it?
