 If you go to any A/C shop, they should be able to either sell you, or tell you
where to buy, a fin straightening tool. These things look like a comb, and do an
extremely good job of straightening the fins on just about anything [A/C
condensor/evap, radiator, IC, etc.] You might even find one at your local auto
parts store.
