Well, I *am* a big bra guy. :)

But I wouldn't put one on my car. Generally, the fabric abrades the paint,
and if it gets damp, *really* nasty things happen to the paint. So you have
to take the damn thing off every time it rains...

Unless you're driving something with a *lot* of vertical sheetmetal up
front, IMCO, it's just not worth it.

Trail cars at a safe distance, keep the car well waxed, and deal with the
inevitable nicks as they occur.

WRT headlamp protection, a number of listers have recommended a clear film
that you apply to the lens. Supposedly, it's optically transparent. I think
Imparts (http://www.imparts.com) offers the stuff in sheets, and after
seeing how my 7" H4s were sandblasted over the past 2 years, I'm thinking
about picking some up for my new lamps...
