Replacing engine mount

OK guys,

 I am planning to replace the turbo side engine mount
on my '86 5kcsT this weekend. My question is, the top mounting
nut looks almost impossible to reach. How do I get it out?
Any tips, suggestions, BTDTs appreciated.
