In most instances I would agree.  With Audi though, the attitude of the local dealers has
been a mirror of the attitude I have received from AoA on the several instances I
have contacted it:  Arrogant and largely incompetent..

I doubt they would change, just go out of business.  That is not a bad alternative there, either.
I do agree with the idea of spending your money where it is appreciated.

Well, the local Audi joint lost Mercedes and BMW, still no change.  Place is owned by a guy that
simply has no business being in a service related industry.  Oh well.
