Intermittant power-assist fail

	Has anyone ever experienced intermittant power-assist failure?
I've been experiencing the following for awhile now:

1) Angry-Red brake triangle on startup, no power assist 
2) Angry-Red brake triangle on startup, goes away after about 30 sec, full
power assist at all times
3) Angry-Red brake triangle on startup, no power assist entire time car is
running - can sometimes shut car off, restart, OK lights up and full
power-assist (usually done without bothering to stop)
4) OK lights on startup, full power assist

	This problem seems to only affect the brakes - the steering does
not get super-heavy..  I'm wondering if the  bypass valve in the pump
might be sticking sometimes..  Any thoughts?

For what it's worth, the rack is leaking too..... (Jorgy replacement
soon!)
