Doesn't sound to me like they are concerned with profit at all. Well, not
long term, anyway. They get their money, _all_ of it, from consumers. If
they don't shop there, they don't make any profit. Drive away enough of
them, and you can just turn off the lights.and lock the doors. Repeat
business, especially in the service department , is crucial.
