My comment on the "no fault" statement was improperly directed at Brett.
Sorry, Brett. So instead, I'll say to David:
Hold it just a minute there, David. etc., etc... (see previous post)

Anyway, since you've raised subject of blame, David, let me clarify
something: (1) I don't "blame" Todd, or anyone else for trying to "help us
out", and (2) I never had an impression (either from Todd or others) that
his involvement was philanthropic. I assume he's in business to make a
profit and that he saw some reasonable opportunity here.
