Will A4 16" 7-spoke wheels with 205/55R16 fit '86 5kS?

Well, subject says it all.. :-)
I'll repeat it:
Will A4 16" 7-spoke wheels with SP8000 205/55R16 fit an '86 5kS?
I want to replace the ugly 14" wheels, and the 16" + SP8000 in the A4 
Sport package looks like they'll fit without any modifications. As you 
know, the offset on these wheels are 45 mm. That's enough to fit 
205-rubber without flaring the fenders, right? The standard tire/wheel 
on 5kS here in Europe was 14" steel with 185/70R14 from the type 44 5k 
was introduced until mid-'88, when they went over to 195/65R15 on alloy 
wheels.
