I have _never_ been able to get a greas gun on the fitting given the
orientation of the zerk to the U-joint. I found that a 9mm ignition
wrench is thin enough to allow one to unscrew the zerk to the proper
orientaion to get a grease gun on there. I unscrewed the fitting almost
a full turn the other day. There was no problem with grease coming
ouy around the threads so you may want to try this to simplify access.
