4kq whining diff!

Hello everyone....
I am having problems with my '86 4kq whinng under load which
has me diagnosed as a diff bearing. It's not horrible but noticable without
the radio on between 35-60 in 5th mainly. Also, with the center diff locked
it whines under deceleration but only whines under acceleration with the 
diffs unlocked.
My first question...
Does anyone else have this problem?????
2nd: How long will this tranny last??
Also, are there any other signs of impending doom I should watch for??

Last but not least does anyone have a 4kq parts car with a tranny??
Or at least know where I can find one???
