Still looking for a 4kCSQ !

Robert,

Life in the car ? It depends if you inspected it with a fine tooth comb or
not. For example, I purchased my 864kCSQ from a well known private Audi
dealer here in Portland, Or. It was / is cherry, it had 79k miles, brand new
motor because the PO "forgot to put the oil in" or something. Very good
condition, still lots o'life left.

Bottom line, look at it VERY closely. Check underneath, inside, in the
trunk, look for all over for rust, previous records available ?, and ask lots
of questions. Spend the money to have it checked out by a good Audi tech,
you'll be thankful later. I spent two months looking for my CSQ, looked at
tons of them, found many in a bad state of affairs. I've heard horror
stories about skiers trashing 4kQ's because of many of the "up to the Mt"
trips and such.

Look closely, because there aren't many out there in good condition any more.
IMHO, Life = Condition.

Good luck !
