MT90 is correct - it is a 75w90, GL4 lube.
I'm not sure but I assume you will need 3-4 qts.
Make sure you remove the fill plug before removing the drain
plug.  You will need a 17mm allen wrench or socketed allen
to do this.

I'll be doing our 87.5 CGT soon too - actually I should 
order the stuff today...
