100cs Q Price

Okay, I'll admit that I've been infected by the Audi Bug. I watched the
movie "Ronin" and was more impressed with the Audi's handling of the wet
road than I was with the roar of the M5's engine. You guys tell any of
my bimmer friends that I wrote this and I'll deny it all!

Anyway, I have found a 1994 100cs Quattro for around 17,950 in Chicago.
I think I can get the seller to go to $15,950. I'ts loaded in nearly an
identical fashion to my FWD '93 100cs, but without the integrated
phone. It's got 49K, new generation oil pump, belts and timing belt
(chain . . . whatever). It's had the "50K" service done.

I've also got a buyer for my 1993 100cs FWD for exactly what I paid for
the car in June ($13.4K).

I'm looking to buy the new car for it's AWD (I hate the snow here in NW
Indiana) and it's eventually going to be my wife's replacement for her
93 Maxima (over 200k miles) when she returns from Denver. So . . .
it's not replacing my M3.

Do folks agree that I'm moving to a better car and a good deal? If
not, let me know. I'd appreciate your input.
