Heres a good one, How do I contact Audi?

     Living near the Canadian border, I have the opprotunity to buy an Audi 
     right now, and with the exchange rate, It seems like a good deal. 
     **HOWEVER**  I need a Letter From Audi, Stating that the car meets 
     D.O.T. AND  E.P.A.  Laws for the U.S. At the date of manufacture.  
     
     Any Ideas? Numbers Adder?    Im kinda hoping somone on the list Might 
     know exactly who to talk to/ write to in order to get  a timely 
     response....
