I concur! I got the Asymetricos last year and found them to be excellent
(for snow tires) in the dry. I posted a more detailed account a couple
of weeks ago on a "Snow Tires" thread...

Basically, they're as good as a set of "touring" tires in the dry and
wet and far better than any all-season tire I've ever used in the snow.
