I think you mean "CS" center tail light panel. All 5000 CS models--CS
turbo, CS quattro, and the rare plain CS--had the "tail light look"
center panel (with no lights, which I've always thought odd), which the
normal 5k's--quattro included--had the black center panel. This theme
continued with the 200 and 100, though with the key hole moved into the
panel.
