First of all, I did not expect the shop to be able to fix the problem with my car before the coffee got cold.  I'm not an idiot.  I realize these things take time.  All I was asking was whether this was reasonable.  That's it.  Also, a year or so ago, I would never have questioned the integrity of the shop, but recently they have done a few things that have caused me to wonder.  Is it really necessary to flame someone and make them look like a moron just because they ask a question that you happen to view as unreasonable, or that you interpreted as being unreasonable?
