You mean you broke the 4 plastic tabs that hold the horn pad.
The wheel itself is only held in place by a 22 mm nut, which I don't think
you broke.
You don't need a new steering wheel in that case.  Just those tabs, which
are removable.
They are held in place by 8mm bolts.  Go to the junk yard, find the same
style steering wheel and pull the tabs from it.
They brake often if you are not careful while taking the horn pad off.
