'91 200 TQ Purchase

To all those who have had infinitely more experience with these things
than I, I ask for your advice.
I am considering buying a '91 200 TQ w/ 63k miles. It would be from the
original owner, garaged, superb physical condition, service done up to
but not including 60K.  Has UFO brakes, no vibration noticeable to me.
Lago Blue w/gray interior.  Has CD changer, phone, much tread left on
rubber. Any thoughts on this vehicle would be welcome, including price
opinions.
