Re: Almost Reckless driving
Obviously, an unworkable pipe dream (no thanks to more legislation!)
However, two points really irked me:

Try _not_ passing on the right in a state like Michigan. It would be useful
if the cops ticketed people who were needlessly in the middle and left
lanes. Here, there's really no obeying "fast" or "slow" lanes, so passing
on the right is an unfortunate necessity.

That would amount to me never loaning the car to anyone, which is
unreasonable as well (not that we could ever really take your suggestion
seriously, anyway).
