Anyone changed from US to Euro lights on a V8

I was going to replace my OE Bosch US DOT spec headlights on the V8 with
the Bosch European replacements.  These headlights incorporate the
sidemarker light as part of the unit so it's a one piece wrap-around unit.

My question:

Is it going to be easy to drop in these new lights?  Will I need some whole
new support assembly to go from the two piece lights to the one piece?
