WX compression?

Before I plunk down $175 big ones, 
what is acceptable compression in PSI not bar
on a WX turbo motor. New, and what is min. spec? 

I am going to check it tomorrow and then make a decision.

I know my 4kq has 150PSI with all plugs removed 
on all cylinders, what is new? what is spec on the JT motor?

Also, one thing I noticed... If I left four of the plugs in, I would only
get 130-135 PSI. Is this just because the motor is not spining as fast?
