Chip upgrades

Hello,

	I have an 87 5kcsq, I just blew the head gasket. I figured while I had the
head off I might as well go throught the entire engine, it has 145,000
miles. I wanted to do as many upgrades as I can afford. What would be some
upgrades that would help the most and where would I get a different chip
for the ignition and spring for the turbo, actually where could I get a
complete turbo,the bearings are gone in mine, other than the dealer,or a
turbo from a RS2. 
	Also, my uncle has a 96 A6, where could he get chip upgrades for his, 2.8
v6. And possibly a tranny chip.
