Actually, I've always heard (for cars, boats, etc...) gas should be
filled 
to prevent condensation/moisture in the tank.  You can add fuel
stabilizer first.

If stored for a long time I'd probably also remove plugs and squirt some
oil
in there before starting her up.  Anyways, the porsche site has *tons*
of info.  Porsche guys are as neurotic as us q-listers!
