Still Inexcusable. Driving lights beam pattern is designed to go Far and
wide. In essence, Blinding people. Aiming low will reduce this but you
are probably right on the verge of people flashing you. Unsafe for them
and you if they can't see but you can.
Rid them to the High beams only and get some Hella XL's for the
Lows. THese are desined to be used with Low Beams. You'll have much
better lights and wont blind people in the process.
