Yes,  I put them on my wife's Mercedes E320.  I like them alot.  They "look"
very aggressive on the car and I think that they perform well.  I am not
sure how they will be in snow this winter but they cannot be worse than what
was on there.  They are to replace the D40's and I would think that they are
better than those.  YMMV.
