dichroic bulbs

anyone tried dichroic halogen bulbs (those really
blue bulbs currently used by porsche and
mercedes). thought i'd try them before putting out
for a euro-spec conversion. info on them at
http://www.autooptiks.com. anyone know any other
vendors carrything them? are there potential
problems using them? and where can i get a
headlight relay to keep the voltage @13.5 volts?
