aftermarket radio in 89 200TQ

I am replacing my delta radio (Dead) with a CD unit.  The Delta unit has
two antenna inputs for front and rear antennas.  Can you get aftermarket
CD units with 2 antenna inputs or do you use one intenna or is there a
device that combines the two.  Whats the deal.
