I have had cars where the pins were more or less fused to the caliper, 
however as long as you can get them off why would you need new ones?  
Just chase out the caliper and clean up the guide pins and relube.  Are 
some so badly fused people are breaking them off or something. In my 
experience these pins are hardened steel and usually have no more than 
surface rust, which in the narrow tolerances of the caliper housing is 
enough for seizure, but easy to fix!
