V8 recalls & Defroster

There is a cruise control recall for a .05 cent clip under the hood,
there is also an airbag recall where they take 3 components under the
console and replace it with 1 integrated one.

>        Any clue why all my windows fog up when I put on the defroster? 


Could be heater core, but more likely the recirc flap is not opening
under the hood.

Open the hood, go to the passenger side and pull up the plastic cover
over the firewall.

You'll see a big box almost against the firewall.  There is a door, hinged
on the bottom that should be open........

On my V8 I have it permanently opened and no fog.
