Wheel/Bolt Sizes

OK everybody, this has been sitting in my outbox for too long now and
tonight's "stick wheel fiasco" has caused me to finish it up.   Homework
assignment for the collecti, err, us.  I need the following info for the
AudiFans website FAQ.

Grab yer Bentley's and read on. And by the email I recieved, some of you
don't even need the Bentley.  ;-)

Turn to section 44 and copy the tire/wheel table.  Send it to the LIST so I
don't get 50 copies of the 5k wheel specs in my personal box.  If you see
that someone else has beat you to your model, add only additional
info/corrections.  If you have additional info/wheel trivia/etc.. (and
those of you who do know who you are), by all means send that as well.
