You can still get this Tamiya model from Japan, so I wouldn't bother with the
Ebay person.  I just recently bought a Tamiya UrQ rally car model from Hobby
Link Japan (http://www.iac.co.jp/~hlj/index.html), and they have all the great
models for less than the Ebay bids.  And shipping was really cheap (but took 3
weeks).

They have the UrQ model for 800 yen ($6.58), which isn't all that much, and I
believe that shipping added another $5 or so.  I have bought 3 models from
this company (UrQ S1, 959, 996) and have nothing but good things to say about
them.
