5kt subframe/control arm bushings replacement?

Hi all,

 I've seen this question on before, but couldn't find any answers in my
"personal" archives for last few months. I am going to need new subframe 
and control arm bushings n my 5kt, and I want to see what the list has 
to say first.  Is it possible to do it yourself without press or I'd
better
pay somebody to do it? Does anyone have a procedure typed up? Are there
any 
tricks?  What else should I do while I'm at it?
