If it doesn't have the typical type 44 problem areas it's the 
only one in existence.  Unless you've already addressed them 
all in the recent past.

It's worth about nothing on the market, I bought one with brand new
wheels, rebuilt transmission, Sony deck, new pump and rack for $60 
because the differential was blown.  Parted it out.

It's a good car, relatively high maintenance unless you DIY, abismal 
reputation amoung the general population, but the best bang for buck 
if your intent is to drive the car, damn resale value.  That clear
things up?  If you can get $600 or close for the car, bless you, 
and a future high 5 if you do.
